Yusuf
Founder & Chief Architect
Yusuf holds a degree in Biomedical Science from King's College London, where his focus was on computational modeling of cellular networks. He later served as the COO of Redwood Founders. During this time, he observed that existing growth systems lacked mathematical rigor, relying primarily on heuristics rather than deterministic data models.
To address this, Yusuf transitioned into systems engineering. He taught himself distributed architecture, vector mathematics, and programmatic engineering. His focus was on replacing probabilistic systems with strictly defined mathematical frameworks.
At YSB Solutions, Yusuf serves as the Chief Architect. He is responsible for the core infrastructure, designing high-density semantic knowledge graphs and the deterministic data pipelines that interface directly with Large Language Models. His engineering philosophy treats system architecture and data routing as strict mathematical equations, ensuring all systems operate with absolute predictability.
Alec
Co-Founder & Revenue Architect
With an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, Alec possesses a notoriously rare combination of deep machine learning expertise and cutthroat financial pragmatism. If Yusuf builds the underlying data tracks, Alec builds the revenue engine.
Previously, Alec served as the Director of AI Infrastructure at Synthetix Data, where he came to a harsh realization: the vast majority of AI products are expensive toys built by engineers who lack any understanding of unit economics. When Yusuf demonstrated the initial mathematics behind the YSB deterministic architecture, Alec immediately recognized the massive financial arbitrage. He saw a programmatic system capable of entirely replacing outbound SDR teams with deterministic code.
As Revenue Architect, Alec's role is to take Yusuf's raw infrastructure and optimize it for absolute maximum client revenue. He treats every single server ping, programmatic page render, and AI query as a financial derivative to be optimized. Alec is constantly tearing down and rebuilding predictive models, ensuring that the data flowing through YSB Solutions consistently converts into closed-won revenue at an unprecedented scale.
Soraya
Chief Economist & Data Strategist
The biggest risk in any high-growth technology company is moving extremely fast in the wrong direction. Soraya operates as the safeguard against assumptions. Educated in Economics at the University of Warwick, she serves as the statistical bedrock for every single system YSB Solutions deploys.
While most competing agencies make strategic decisions based on industry trends or collective gut feelings, Soraya ensures that YSB only executes when econometric data provides absolute, undeniable proof. She does not merely analyze what a client's users are doing today; she builds multivariate regression models to accurately predict behavioral shifts months in advance.
She dictates exactly which market verticals the programmatic architecture should attack, mapping out the mathematical blueprints that allow the company to scale flawlessly. Her drive stems from a deep desire to bring objective truth to business strategy, aggressively stripping away the noise of modern marketing.
